Counseling

For Nurturing the mind, I offer both In- person and tele-health appointments. If being outside is appealing to you, we can also walk during our sessions. My office is conveniently located in Durango and is wheel-chair assessable. 

Massage

For Nurturing the body, I offer massage therapy catered to your unique needs.  Areas of specialty include relaxation & myofacial release as well as pregnancy & post-partum. Aromatherapy, hot stones, and cupping are also available.

Combined Therapy

For Nurturing the connection of mind and body, I combine bodywork with activities such as mindfulness, visualization, emotional release and creative exploration to assist in the healing process and integrating the whole person.
